Rates

    Flat Rate

  • Desktop / Laptop restoration - $45
  • Desktop, Laptop, and Network preventative maintenance - $25 per machine
  • Network and Phone drops - $75 per (price includes all labor and materials)
    Hourly Labor Rates

  • Desktop PC, Workstation, Laptop and Server - $55/hr
  • On Site Repair and Network Services - $75/hr
  • Low End Printer - $40/hr
  • High End Printer - $50/hr
  • Expedite - Add $20/hr to any service to move to the top of the work queue

Note: We charge an estimate fee of $30.00 for any computer or printer repair if you choose not to have the repair performed. However if you do choose to have the repair performed the estimate fee will be waived.

  • 20% discount off of hourly labor rates
  • Guaranteed 2 hour call-back and 24 hour on site or remote response time

  • Free service trip coupons and other special incentives.
  • Time block contracts range from 12 to 200 hours per year, with the option to purchase additional time.
